adecco is recruiting for an experienced accounts receivable clerk
this temporary long-term assignment starts right away and will last 3-6 months.
the assignment is located in downtown topeka.
pay rate: $20.61 per hour
work hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm monday through friday
about this assignment:
this position requires ensuring that revenues and expenditures are accurately reported through management of several accounting and time reporting systems.
the a/r clerk is responsible for making correct entries to achieve accurate reporting according to applicable rules and regulations. also entering daily credit cards, deposits, and quarterly tax payments.
must have ability to work between various softwares, excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and have the experience to manage many tasks as you move between various tasks.
