responsibilities for grinder operator job includes:
setup and operate cnc tool grinder
perform grinding tasks as trained and to print specifications.
observing operation of machine and verifying conformance of tools to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as gages, calipers, and micrometers, comparator, tool makers.
maintain a safe work environment throughout the grinding area.
maintain inventories of critical grinding supplies, including but not limited to carbide, wheels, and coolants.
keep equipment clean and in good working order. notifying maintenance when and if necessary
client would like to see the following qualifications:
must have 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
accurate, detailed oriented and quality conscious.
must be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs
willing to learn and cross train in all areas within production

4/10 schedule working monday – thursday / off every friday
