an hr advisor contract role, 9-12 months, paying up to gbp38k pa delivering a generalist people service.

your new company

a family owned construction organisation in north hampshire require an hr advisor for 9-12 months to cover an initial maternity period.

your new role

you will work as part of the wider hr team to provide support on a range of areas including recruitment, induction and performance management. you will have an excellent understanding of hr legislation and will also take responsibility for aspects of hr project delivery and process improvement.

your typical daily duties will include; managing the hr inbox, leading on utilising the ats, advising on recruitment processes, delivering inductions as part of employee lifecycle, providing generalist support and policy advice.

what you'll need to succeed

you will be an outgoing relationship builder with previous experience working in an operational environment at hr advisor level. you will be malleable in your approach to ensure best relationship development.

what you'll get in return

up to gbp38,000pa, plus bens, free parking.

please note, this is an on site role in basingstoke.
