your new role
mon-friday 8.30am to 5pm accurately set up customer online accounts/ placing orders with follow up call logs and reports. assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email: manage requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required. manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly to achieve agreed service levels. ensure daily measurement and accuracy of physical stock versus booking in stock. maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved. maintain files for audit purpose. manage branch order system, alongside customer service manager. maintain customer order pool with effective lines of communication, ensuring customer has first time in full order. providing support and advise to delivery drivers regarding orders and collections.
