due to a high demand for our service, we are looking to recruit both full time and part time community carers operating in thame, princes risborough, chinnor, watlington, and surrounding villages.
we are looking for individuals who are caring, empathetic and enjoy helping others; whether you are an experienced carer or completely new to social care, we would like to hear from you.
role summary:
to provide personalised care to individuals in their own homes, working independently, and as part of a team. duties include getting people up and ready for the day, personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties, support throughout the day, companionship, and support with the individuals evening routine.
candidate requirements:
a genuine interest in caring for, and supporting othersable to work independently as well as a part of a team.great communication skills.a problem solver.ability to adapt to varying working situations.must have a driving license and own transportmust be available to work some weekendsbenefits:
