we are a consultancy specialising in the provision of bespoke property related health and safety risk management solutions across all business sectors.

we are looking for a head of operations who will work closely with the senior leadership team to plan, organise and oversee the teams responsible for delivering the end to end process of client orders through to invoicing work completed, while maintaining quality and ensuring processes are in place to provide the client with a positive interaction with us

the role will assess and report on departmental objectives and further develop kpi reports and work with the teams to ensure strategic targets are met and budgets achieved. the client services, scheduling and quality teams will report directly to you.

essential criteria

previous experience of working to budgets and introducing to teams.
able to introduce change across a wide team and deal with challenges
previous experience, 5 years plus, within a senior leadership role
ability to work as part of the senior team both supporting and questioning as required
able to develop, plan and manage operational processes
able to review structures and roles and develop new structures to support business change
knowledge of quality processes and implementations of process improvement
ability to monitor and analyse information
willingness to collaborate across departments

desirable criteria

multi-operational knowledge i.e. customer service, operational management, people management
