role: cscs skilled labourer

pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

start date: immediate start

location: royton

are you a hard-working construction labourer with a cscs card? fawkes & reece are looking to recruit you, on a temporary basis, for one of our established housebuilding clients in the north west area.

as a construction skilled labourer, you will be required to have:

-a valid cscs card

-experience in construction

-a strong work ethic

-the ability to work on your own

-a valid uk driving licence (preferred but not essential)

- own tools

your role will consist of:

-assisting trades on site

-keeping the site clean and tidy

-carrying out instructions given to you by the site manager

- pre plastering and air testing experience

- painting

-tiling and grouting experience ect

the successful candidate will receive:

-an hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly

-holiday pay

-pension contribution

you must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the uk.
