the job

to maximise profit/sales for the branch, ensure customer service standards are first class, keep costs within budget for the branch and adhere to company policies and procedures. supported by a team the role holder will achieve results through dynamic leadership of people and will ensure the highest level of customer service within the branch. the role holder is accountable for sales management, development of business initiatives and the planning and implementation of the cbal strategy. the role holder is also accountable for ensuring that operational standards are maintained within the branch and ensuring that all individuals grow and develop.

the role:

people management:

to recruit, develop and manage the performance of the immediate team. to ensure recruitment, development and performance management within the branch are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve optimum performance of all people.
customer focus:

understands and deals effectively with both internal and external customers and continually strives to improve relationsis able to demonstrate real customer results by recommending and implementing improvementsrecommends and implements way to improve service and the customer experience with tangible results
results orientation:

to ensure all available resources are managed effectively to maximise sales and profit opportunities and keep costs within budget.identifies opportunities to increase profitsseeks feedback to improve performance and learn new ways to achieve better resultsunderstands the financial impact of proposed activitiesfully understands how the business monitors its performance against targetsworks to complete larger tasks on time and follows up on resultsconsistently completes personal targets and tasks to achieve site goals. does what is needed to deliver the required results
