we are currently recruiting for a commis to join the current team of 18 chefs creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. as commis chef you will support your kitchen team, ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

a luxury 5 red star hotel with an award winning spa, two restaurants both with rosettes together with a range of conference and banqueting and private dining rooms.

the ideal commis will have the following:
