we are currently looking to recruit a dedicated breakfast chef to work in this luxury hotel the breakfast chef will be working in a busy kitchen and be responsible for the preparation and production of breakfast for the restaurant and room service. you will prepare fresh and quality dishes to the highest standards for the hotels a-la carte breakfast service. this is a fantastic opportunity for you to improve your skills in a busy and varied environment.

a hotel & country club situated in forest row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in sussex. the hotel has a beautiful spa. the dining offering includes a 2 aa rosettes, 90 cover restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

the ideal breakfast chef will have the following:
