uffington developments is a professional and friendly construction company currently working on projects in brockley and across south east london. we carry out extensions, full refurbishments, basements, and loft conversions as well as smaller internal remodelling for private residential clients.
we're looking for a skilled labourer/multi trader to join the team who has a good understanding of ground and steel works, timber and concrete structure work, insulation, plasterboarding, first fix carpentry (second fix desirable) in addition to getting involved in bathroom and kitchen fitting.
this is a full time role, on a temp to perm basis for the right person offering good rates of pay based on experience (cis to start with).
applicants must be experienced in construction, have good spoken english, good at time keeping, trustworthy and well mannered. no cscs card needed.
