adecco is currently assisting a national pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a remote coordinator i - hedis fax intake agent in mount prospect, il.
schedule: orientation training is 2 weeks long from 8:00am - 4:30pm and the first 4 days will be onsite and deploying to work from home on 5th day. must be flexible and reliable as well as able to work a full-time 8 hour shift from 9:30 to 6:00pm. attendance is highly critical in this position.
general characteristics of job:
the team is seeking several enrollment coordinators interested in utilizing their strengths in data entry and customer service.
as an enrollment coordinator you will be responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients referred to the specialty pharmacy. you will interact with referral sources to initiate the new referral process. you will also participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department.
candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:?
must live in mount prospect, il.
comfortable working in quiet fast paced high productive data entry role that requires attention to detail, organization and the ability to remain focused throughout their shift.
temporary work from home, onsite as needed: must have highspeed internet that connects directly to pc- (no wireless connection/ wifi)- private area to work in that is free from distractions and have a locked door.
must have a typing test on the resume
knowledge of the microsoft office applications; word, excel, and outlook. the ability to type 60 wpm with the proven track record of accuracy and extreme attention to detail and problem solving is another thing necessary to ensure your success in this position
