the role focuses around administrative support for the client relationship group, as our business and subsequent workload evolves. you will be key in helping us provide a full customer service for client accounts, whist supporting key individuals within that team
primarily
- ensure excellent communications with customers, team members and all internal departments to ensure jobs are processed correctly and efficiently
- complete orders on delta stock system
- carry out the academic admin processes and complete the tasks within the specific deadlines, and liaising with the academic team where necessary
- ensure samples of magazines to be fulfilled are logged and dealt with accordingly so they can be fulfilled by our production team
- raise credit, charge notes and re-invoice requests where applicable
- investigate and log delivery complaints, via email or tracking spreadsheet, and escalate where appropriate.
- ensure the logging and despatch of returns to customers on a regular basis
