Full-time property maintenance & repairs operative / handyman - united kingdom, muswell hill, london
we are a north london based property company - private landlords - looking for an experienced "handyman" for general maintenance and repairs of our portfolio consisting of approx. 50 commercial properties. applicants must be punctual and polite, engage well with our clients and take pride in their work. you will be working with a small team, visiting various sites each day, preparing properties for new occupants and carrying out a range of maintenance/repair tasks.
duties can include; painting and decoration, changing locks and repairing door frames, installing household appliances and assembling flat-pack furniture, patching and felting roofs, gutter clearance, unblocking drains, rubbish disposal, erecting signage, laying flooring, grass and hedge cutting. some light plumbing and electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
we are looking for an team-player, with the ability to work well under pressure and a positive attitude. you must hold a full uk driving license.
