Mechanical assembly fitter - engineering - united kingdom, stockport, manchester
we are currently recruiting for a number of assembly fitters for our industry leading client based in stockport.
this is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week from 08.00am to 16.30pm monday to friday. the salary is £27,560 with ote of £35,000 per annum.
in order to be successful for this position you will have a demonstrable engineering history and experience in assembling mechanical machinery.
general duties will include
assembly
mechanical fitting
attending client site for machine installation
basic engineering duties
hand assembly duties
undertaking repairs, both on and off site
use of power tools
working off specification
