what you will need:
bachelor’s degree (b.s.) in related field from four-year college or university; mechanical / manufacturing / industrial engineering or business analytical (masters preferred)
5+ years of related work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of management/supervisory experience (supervisor/management training certificate preferred)
interactive problem solving and mentoring bias that drives success by empowering others
experience working with auditing by external customers / regulatory agencies
standard pc skills (msoffice suite, erp, data analytics, etc.)
apqp/ppap experience
root-cause and corrective action expertise
solid understanding of quality improvement principles, rcca and six sigma
previous experience in leading transformation for iso certification
competency with project management and analytics software
demonstrated ability to effectively support facility audits conducted by regulatory agencies
ability to lead, drive change and develop others
ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
hoshin kanri experience
lean manufacturing certification
six sigma certification
asq certification(s)
pmp certification(s)
as9100 experience
ts16949 experience
