adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for warehouse positions in lafayette, in. this is for a temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. hours are monday through friday 7am to 4pm or 8am-5pm. pay $16.00-$20.00/hr. depending on experience. if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!
providing assistance to customers on orders and returns.
locating and pulling correct items by type, style, and quantity as directed by supervisor to fill orders completely, quickly, safely, and accurately.
operating forklift to load and unload trucks as directed by supervisor.
assisting truck drivers in loading merchandise and materials ensuring it is safely and properly handled to prevent damage.
coordinating with receiving agents to stock material in a timely manner in the designated areas. restocking empty bins, straightening, and flat stacking.
restocking stock customer returns after they have been documented.
maintaining knowledge of proper identification of inventory items
maintaining work area in a clean and orderly manner
other duties and special projects as assigned by management
qualifications:
- hsd or ged
- 1 - years of experience on forklift with proof
- background and drug screen required
- steel toed boots required
