Bookkeeper and office administrator - united states, falmouth

adecco is assisting a local property management company, seeking a bookkeeper / office administrator in the falmouth, me area! this is a temp-to-hire position with long term benefits / security – pay based on experience; $25/hr+!

schedule – monday – friday, onsite – regular business hours (35 – 40 / week)

responsibilities:

  • handling of all bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple entities such as ap/ar
  • financial reporting and budgeting
  • account reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and credit cards
  • tracking of monthly rent payments
  • intercompany activities
  • assisting with real estate escrow and commission transactions
  • process any closings, as needed
  • year-end reporting and 1099/1096 forms
  • assist accountant on monthly and year end reporting
  • hr record keeping
  • general office management
  • administrative support
  • general organization of owner’s calendar
  • additional tasks, as needed
  • qualifications:

  • fully versed and proficient in quickbooks
  • microsoft office
  • broad knowledge of property management, construction, and real estate preferred but not required
  • detail orientated
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • strong communication and time management skills
  • multi-task with ability to pivot as necessary
