Front desk/intake associate - united states, columbus (georgia)

adecco is assisting a reputable environmental products supplier recruiting for a front desk/intake associate in columbus, ohio. this job is a temp to hire opportunity! as a front desk/intake associate,  you will be required to provide excellent customer service for contractors in person and over the phone.

responsibilities for front desk/intake associate include but are not limited to:

accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically

greet customers who walk-in for orders

assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner

you must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

high school diploma or general education degree (ged)

outgoing and sales-oriented personality

passion for customer service

attention to detail

strong pc skills

experience of working well in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere
