Discrepancy a/r analyst - united states, nashville

adecco is working with one of our best clients to hire a skilled and professional discrepancy a/r analyst for their nashville, tn corporate office.

 

responsibilities, but not limited to:

oversee portion of the a/r portfolio and customer interaction for the tbr, pclt and corporate accounts.

calling and email to customers that show beyond terms 

cancellation of invoices due to discrepancies 

processing of avb, haiss, cdtp, pricing  to effecuate the order-to-cash (otc) processes

working in (cms) platform to download listing of accounts showing  balances and status of account.

research and resolve customer payment discrepancies 

coordinate with credit analyst in pulling d & b reports for accounts.

filling of ucc1 and security agreement 

filing and collating of credit memos, cash applications, checks etc.

must have's:

excellent excel and word skills

sap or large erp platform a plus

2 year degree preferred, collections exp. substituted

2-4 years in collections department, accounting, b2b setting
