we are now looking for qualified part and full time nurses to join our musselburgh dental care practice. the hours are mon -thurs 8.30am to 6 pm. fridays 8.45am to 5pm.
we are looking for experienced dental nurses, with good communication skills, exceptional teamwork and a friendly, caring approach to patients.
we are also interested in almost newly qualified nurses to join our team. we have a head nurse that can provide you with the training while you are continuing dental nurse courses.
responsibilities and duties
as a dental nurse your role will be to assist the dentist or therapist in the surgery during procedures.
responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, sterilising, decontamination of dental instruments in surgery and our fully equipped ldu unit.
to welcome patients, providing face to face patient service at the reception, making bookings, answering telephone appointments and taking payments.
qualifications and skills
– current gdc registration
– dental nursing qualification
– at least 3 years experience after qualification
