quest employment is currently recruiting for an facilities administrator/assistant to work for our client based in magna park, lutterworth
based on 40hr working week.
shift : monday to friday
9:00-16:00
objective / purpose of the job
the main role of the facility administrator will be to support facility manager with all day to day activities. administrator will be overseeing all building related activities, preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. fa will maintain efficiency and administration systems, looking to improve and develop where necessary.
essential education and/ or training
knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
preferred experience and knowledge
previous experience working within logistics or similar is desirable
necessary technical / functional skills
excellent written communication with the ability to prepare and proofread tender documents
strong numerical skills with the ability to read financial information and present financial reports
confident telephone manner
ability to multi-task and prioritize a high volume of incoming jobs well-developed communicator both verbal and written
experience in dealing with customer requests and coping under pressure whilst maintaining focus is essential required behavioral competencies professional and approachable attitude.
self-motivated with a positive 'can do' approach to work.
