we are currently recruiting for a sous chef to join the kitchen brigade and support the head chef at a golf club in redhill. the sous chef will assist in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

our client is a beautiful golf course in redhill, with fantastic views across the north downs. the clubhouse offers a bar and restaurant with weddings and functions being held throughout the year.

the ideal sous chef will have the following:

solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a sous chefhigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.a true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.true team spirit, enthusiasm and the right attitude will go a long way!the ability to run a section and deputise for the head chef in their absencehave a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.as the club is located on the outskirts of redhill, having reliable means of transport to this area is essentialthis is a fantastic opportunity for a sous chef to join the team at this great club!
