come join fluke team as a production assembler! as a production assembler you will build and calibrate a variety of quality, biomedical test equipment devices. we are a team who values cross-training, collaboration, and growth and development.
responsibilities:
assemble, rework, calibrate & test, inspect, and package electromechanical assemblies.
operate and/or maintain production equipment and hand tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions in support of production goals.
collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge.
participate in continuous improvement and lean processes as appropriate based upon assigned levels.
requirements:
moderate skills navigating and using computers: login, printing, follow onscreen prompts, opening and closing files.
available to work 10 hours shift, with overtime when customer demand requires.
occasional heavy lifting (> 50 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs and repetitive use of upper extremities and standing for extended periods.
may involve exposure to chemicals, solvents and solder smoke. will be required to wear safety glasses.
must be able to match up colors and be able to assemble small pieces, required due to frequent close work.
read & speak english in order to understand oral or written safety information, assembly instructions and supervisory direction.
behaviors:
experience with electronic assembly preferred, but ability to be trained and learn rapidly is a must.

pay rate is $18.00 an hour, plus overtime as needed
shift differential pay
monday-thursday: 3:30pm-2:00am
permanent placement after 3-4 months
weekly pay – you receive a paycheck every week
