what you'll be doing:

working closely with project managers and system designers to deliver our projects

leadership to a diverse engineering team of 10 to 20 engineers

scheduling and resource management of all aspects of the project lifecycle

adhering to business processes and governance

facilitating the evolution of innovation ideas

progressing reviews, metrics and onward reporting

supporting planning and estimating

managing of technical risks

your skills and experiences:

degree qualification in related (stem) subject or equivalent experiencetrack record of leading the delivery or support of enterprise, project, system or product level solutions and/or servicesability to produce technical publications, diagrams, slide packs and spreadsheets; ability to track progress and reporting metricsfamiliarity with system engineering tools and processesrequirement engineering and management techniquesfamiliarity with planning tools, budgets, costings and milestones

as an it engineering manager, you will be working closely with our project managers and system designers to deliver our customer commitments on time and on budget.
