to work for

innovate company specializing with buildings boats.

available roles: laminators. finisher

location: 99 wincolmlee, hull hu2 8ah

duration: temporary leading to permanent

rate of pay: from living wage to £12.50 dependent on experience, client will employ under 18's at a pay rate £7.00.

working hours will be from 7.00 am until 16:00 pm mon - thur. and friday 7.00am until 13:00 pm

key duties:

* release air bubbles and smooth seams, using rollers.

* layup fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto prepared moulds

* select pre-cut fiberglass mats, cloth, and wood-bracing materials as required by projects being assembled.

* select production input materials.

* mix catalysts into resins, and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes.

* apply parting agents or other solutions to moulds.

* measure dimensions of completed products or work pieces to verify conformance to specifications

* apply lacquers and waxes to mould surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts.

* apply parting agents or other solutions to moulds.

* inspect, clean, and assemble moulds before beginning work.

* inspect production equipment.

* clean production equipment.

* build production moulds.

* repair parts or assemblies.

experience:

previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
