working across various sections of the kitchen, grill, starters, fish, sauce, passproactive attitude on servicefull engagement and involvement with kitchen teamwillingness to learn, develop and progress in the businessall aspects of health & kitchen safetyin order to be considered, applicants must:

currently work to chef de partie, line chef, grill chef or demi chef level working with fresh food ideally but not essential passionate about cooking great fresh food and seasonal menus with a real willingness to learn have a great team work ethichave a good understanding of kitchen basics, following recipes and working in a busy environmentabout the company
