fishers in leith are looking for a senior chef de parti to join the kitchen team. fishers has been one of edinburgh's finest seafood restaurants for over 30 years. we are looking for someone who has a proven track record working in a fast paced high quality restaurant. the hours are around 40 to 45 per week. no split shifts.
