Customer liaison officer - united kingdom, wellingborough, northamptonshire

do you have a passion for customer service? do you enjoy making a difference to your customers? do you have fantastic communication skills? are you it competent and familiar with using databases? you'll be working as part of the customer support team to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service, with the ability to follow individual brand/client requirements and directives, and service level agreements and performance targets are achieved. the important stuff you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, customers and stakeholders so you understand the need for professionalism and how first impressions count. you'll be dealing with our inbound customers so you'll understand "the good, the bad and the ugly" but able to deal with them professionally and empathy when required. you'll have amazing accuracy skills along with effective administration skills in order to deal with any customers escalation and resolution. of course we will develop and train you in our systems to ensure that you can do the job to your best. if you have experience working within a regulated environment it would be beneficial but not essential. you'll be used to working to targets and the success this brings. you'll be microsoft experienced. anything else it we will train you. but what is essential is your ability to engage with our customers, ,maintain a positive relationship and always have a good eye or accuracy. give me a call today to arrange an interview. this is a great opportunity for someone who really does enjoy working with customers and enjoys being part of a team that supports each other
