our client is looking for an experienced real estate sales negotiator who is responsible for promoting and subsequently selling a home to a client, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with both the seller and buyer.

duties to include (but not limited to):

emails should be checked regularly and maintained in order of priorityanswer the phone quickly and courteously, handling enquiries effectivelyoffer support and service to vendors once we have been instructed to act on their behalfdevelop and grow long term relationships with new and existing sellers, buyers and solicitorsuse a mailing list in an effective mannerfollow up on sales valuations and enquiries in a timely mannerhave a good knowledge of our fee structurebe proactive in marketing for prospective businessuse software to target potential buyersmaintain appropriate levels of sales packs to be used for valuationsaccurately log notes on altobook viewing and valuation appointments (predominantly for sales but where required for rentals too)issue email confirmations when booking appointmentsprepare property brochures, collaborating with the seller to ensure the details are accurateensure keys are logged correctlyobtain constructive feedback from property viewings to make progress with the propertynegotiating offers where appropriatefollow the offer process to ensure details are taken down accuratelyliaise with the mortgage adviser to ensure buyers are financially qualified for a purchaseprepare legal paperwork to confirm a sale has been negotiatedprogress the sale and keep all parties updated weekly or fortnightly as agreed with the involved partieswhere required, organise energy performance certificates (epcs) for all properties an upload to alto within two weeks of instructionassist with the organisation of further certificates / checks as required by a purchaserensure keys are ready for completion date and all parties have an understanding of the processwork closely with rentals to ensure any buy-to-let properties can be converted to saleshandling overflow incoming calls
