signature group are looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant to join their team at the meadowpark, stirling.

this is a new and exciting role for someone with a love for hospitality and organisation. the meadowpark, an independently run establishment in the picturesque village of bridge of allan. the meadowpark is situated on the outskirts of stirling at the foot of the ochil hills overlooking stirling castle, this pub and kitchen is full of charm and character.

we have 21 venues in scotland, including cold town house, badger & co, the spiritualist, mclarens on the corner, copper blossom, the smokin’ fox and more.

essential skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. we have a cracking training team, and a bit of banter gets you a long way!

key responsibilities

responding to email enquiries including hotel reservations and restaurant bookings
assisting the general manager with day-to-day tasks including payroll, end of week etc
receiving and accepting deliveries
responding to tripadvisor / opentable / google reviews
general administration tasks e.g., submitting meter readings, updating compliance systems

the ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

great organisational skills delivered in a timely manner
good knowledge of ms office
exceptional communication skills
ability to problem solve
front office experience desired, but not essential
