Assistance property manager - united kingdom, chelsea, london
we are looking for a new team member with property management experience or office
admin experience to smooth our property management services and daily office jobs.
main duties:
liaising with tenants, suppliers & builder as necessary.
writing correspondence emails, builders work list and any other documents required by the
managing director.
maintaining the in-house tenant and property database;
checking tenants’ accounts are up-to-date and email/ post statement, follow-up any
outstanding rents if required, + eviction notice when required.
maintaining files in an orderly fashion.
bank reconciliation, paying bills.
requirements for the role:
italian language skills + excellent verbal and written english language skills, including
grammar and spelling, with keen attention to detail.
office administrative experience e.g. letter writing, keeping electronic/paper records,
organisation etc.
computer skills, conversant with all relevant software applications (ms office, word, good
knowledge of excel, and math).
able to follow instructions accurately.
