you will provide a service to our customers .

the job involves:
• emailing our customers and answering their questions.
• processing customer orders placed online.
• developing a good knowledge of our website.
• replying to customer emails and letters.
required skills:
experience in customer related environment.
experience in dealing with customers over the phone and email.
excellent clear communication skills .
the ability to be organized and keep on top of administrative tasks
good pc skills.
