we are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef de partie. reporting to the executive chef you will be leading the pastry section with the support of a commis chef. the kitchen brigade is made up of 13 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.

as pastry chef de partie you will be responsible for designing with the executive chef menu items for afternoon tea, restaurant as well as banqueting menus. you will produce plated desserts for all menus to 2 rosette standard

the ideal pastry chef de partie will have the following:
