we are currently recruiting for a night chef to work in a prestigious 5* hotel. the role requires working hours of 9pm to 5.30am 5 days a week. the night chef will be responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of mise en place as per a list set out by the full-time night chef and day time chefs. the chef will also cater for room service menu throughout the night for the hotel guests. this role requires someone who is responsible and organised, ensuring that all mise en place is labelled and stored correctly. the pay rate can be up to £18 for the right candidate and can lead to further opportunities throughout the hotel. as an agency, we also have further positions such as part-time time night chef, breakfast chef, in main kitchen and pastry. if you are interested in this opportunity, please do not hesitate and send your cv to the link provided.
