adecco is assisting our arden client with 2 forklift operator openings. roles are to start immediately!

duration: temp-to-hire position (not seasonal)

wage: $20.00ph+ (pay rate of $17.00 p/hr. plus surge premium: $3.00.) ***may consider a higher wage if extremely experience and qualified! 

weekend premium: $1.00 (if applicable)

hours: varies (candidates must be flexible as shift starting and end time may fluctuate dependent upon project needs between 6am-6pm)

days: mon-fri, however, some weekend work will be required!

 

job summary: to receive and store goods from fulfillment operations and vendors, and to ship outgoing products to customers. 

job responsibilities:

operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

receives components from fulfillment operations, affixes appropriate label, and stores components in racks.

selects, moves and stages materials for assembly or shipment.

loads and unloads trucks in a safe and efficient manner using forklift, hand truck, or pallet jack. 

checks all incoming shipments to verify quantity received and inspects for damage.

generates shipping and receiving reports.

assists with physical inventory counts.

performs daily equipment inspections.

performs all duties in a safe manner in accordance with company safety policies and regulations.

uses inventory management systems (windows based).

maintains regular and reliable attendance.

flexible and willing to alter schedule as requested to meet department demands.  this may include overtime, weekends or daily adjustments to schedule.
