Property and maintanance manager - united kingdom, welwyn, hertfordshire
we are recruiting a property maintenance manager who speaks fluent french and english to assist a family at their estate in france. this is a full time role working monday to fridays 9am to 5pm with flexibility on weekends.
the ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for hnw properties and will supervise and schedule all household maintenance as well as manage all property logistics and procedures. the property manager will additionally be responsible for all systems in the home such as air-con, cctv, plumbing, alarms, boilers, av equipment & internet and ensure that all manuals and maintenance schedules are set up and followed, including health & safety.
we are looking for a hand on person who has great communication skills, who is adaptable to working in a fast paced environment and who conducts their work professionally. the family would like to employ a trusting property manager who will also assist them with numerous other properties in the south of france.
only candidates with full drivers license can be considered.
