job details:

type: fulltime (40 hours / week)

length: 1 year; possible extension/conversion

pay: $27.04 hourly

shift/hours: mon-fri 8am – 5pm

this is an onsite position in baltimore, md

 

responsibilities include:

manage inbound technical customer and reseller service events (calls, emails, chat)

support commercial high-end printers and technologies which may include one or more product lines

provide remote solutions that minimize our customers down time by avoiding wait and travel time

meet service level agreements while delivering world class customer service and complete technical resolutions

 

requirements:

requires 2+ years of applicable experience

exceptional documentation

degree preferred

troubleshooting

previous designjet, latex, or uv product experience

ability to de-escalate

adobe suites, rip software, print job configuration setup
