adecco is assisting in staffing data entry/tellers for a 3-day event in atlanta, georgia. the event will be taking place from thursday 9/22 to saturday 9/24. day and evening shifts available! $20/hr!!

 

schedule:

thurs, sept 22nd 5pm – 10:30pm

friday, sept shift: 8am – 3pm

evening shift: 8pm – 10:30pm

full day 12 hr shift: 8am – 10pm (with 2 hr break)

saturday, sept 24th 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

 

job summary:

verify, process and batch funds received in donor envelopes for accuracy and any other revenue verification as assigned. maintain a high degree of confidentiality of all donor information processed.  perform tasks with professionalism and integrity.

essential job functions:

count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine, in order to prepare them for batching and deposit.

examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.

identify transaction mistakes.

receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy to amounts listed on donor envelopes.

process credit card transactions.

perform tasks such as filing and shredding, if needed.

qualifications:

ability to use a 10 key calculator with speed and accuracy

ability to operate a variety of office equipment including but not limited to personal computer, telephone, printer, scanner, shredder, etc

quick and accurate currency counting and balancing
