Weekend/ 3-days per week afterschool housekeeper/cook role - united kingdom, south kensington, london

a wonderful couple with 4 children are looking for a spanish speaking cook who will also be responsible for light housekeeping. currently there are two nannies and a housekeeper employed by the family however someone who is child friendly is a must! the retention of staff with the family is high (between 13 years and 3 years) which speaks for itself of the family and how well they treat their staff. they would like to find someone who can commit to working with them on a long-term basis.

the position can be live in or out. the family have rented a flat a short walk from their home for the candidate should they wish to live there with all bills included.

the family would like to find someone to travel to their countryside residence on weekends with them where you will have your own room.

the family are away for most of the summer holidays, and they would like to find someone who can travel with them for 2 months over the summer. you will be given the time back in lieu spread throughout the year.

to apply you must:

be a spanish speaker (desirable) and have basic english
have the right to work in the uk
have a double covid vaccination
be a non-smoker
be able to swim
be able to travel with the family

working days: saturday and sundays (8am - 8pm)

wednesday - friday (3pm-8pm)

monday and tuesday off

you will also be expected to babysit 3x per week

hours: 40 per week

salary: up to £48k gpa, plus discretionary annual bonus and travel cost paid for

start: asap but willing to wait for the right candidate
