manufacturing engineering planner is a diverse position covering the planning of workflow from the engineering department and through production departments. this position receives drawing packages from the engineering personnel, prepares the workflow of the product and enters it into the applicable software system. this position will be the focal point in creating manufacturing workflow of released components. this position works with engineering, and production departments. it is a focal point to ensure workflow of the product is effectively communicated to help meet program requirements.
duties and responsibilities (essential functions):works closely with assembly line, fabrication, tooling, engineering, quality assurance, proto shop, tool try, and other departments in manufacturing to develop the most efficient workflow of the product.

must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment. ability to read and review written communication. speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in english.

physical demands: this position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job.
