adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented customer service manager – project manager role in san diego, ca. this is a temporary to-hire opportunity! successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be fluent in english, be reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service. schedule is monday thru friday 8:00am-5:00pm but must be flexible. the pay rate is $29-$32/hr. if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!
responsibilities for this customer service manager job include:
manage, coach, and train a team of customer service reps
act as project implementation manager for new clients; oversee installations and implementation
take sales orders and enter those into the work order system for manufacturing
enter appointments and information into the erp system; answer incoming calls
use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
other related duties
qualifications:
bachelor degree highly preferred
3-5 years of similar experience
excellent verbal and written communication skills
make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
