adecco is currently assisting its largest self-care client in their search for a customer service representative ii (e-support, product support, sales support) role in jersey city, nj.

 

hourly pay rate while working in this role is $24/hr.

    the ideal candidate must be able to:

  • provide a seamless, best-in-class experience for our consumers
  • answer contacts from customers while promoting and selling it cosmetics in a call center environment via phone, email, chat and social.
  • responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • process orders/returns, addressing billing questions, and resolving customer concerns
  • provide key consumer insights to cross-functional departments including social, digital and marketing
  • ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.

  • provide product recommendations, by effectively probing and utilizing personal knowledge of our products
  • perform other duties or special projects as assigned
  • receive and place telephone calls, perform data entry, maintain customer relationships, process and ship electronic and manual orders for major retailers and serve as customer advocate to those retailers, and corresponding regularly with field force, nyo personnel, brand ops, msl, manufacturing, i&c, pim and physical logistics.

    college degree or equivalent work experience

     

    experience requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service
  • proficient skills in ms office suite, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail,
  • flexible work hours
  • knowledge of sap a plus.
