external manufacturing procurement manager role involves:
driving the development and implementation of category strategy, ensuring the sustainability of future business partnering, in areas including external manufacturing, co-manufacturing, 3rd party suppliers.engaging and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, globally, at all levels, to ensure the efficiency and efficacy of the procurement function as a whole.operating as part of a wider procurement team, driving the implementation of department wide initiatives, ensuring the function is operating in line with the company values and beliefs.external manufacturing procurement manager role requirements:
demonstratable business acumen, with experience interacting and influencing stakeholders.experience working within procurement functions, in areas not limited to: external manufacturing, directs (ingredients, raw materials), 3rd party outsourcing.previous employment within an fmcg is desired but not essential.degree and cips strongly desired but not essential.
