salary:
- £11.35 per/hr (35 hour week on £20,666 per annum)
hours:
- monday - friday
- 35 hours per week between the hours of 08:45 - 17:15.

duties:
you will be responsible for responding to calls and emails from customers and colleagues. in addition, will be responsible for various administrative duties such as the preparation of paperwork for their finance team, ordering membership documents, updating and amending customer plans.
summary of duties:
- inbound and outbound calls to customers
- update plan provisions with customer information
- process payments and direct debits
- provide invoice amounts and customer plan quotes
- resolve complaints at first point of contact where possible
- process and respond to emails and incoming mail
skills required:
- customer service/call handling
- general office administration experience
