our client operates a successful coffee shop based in sevenoaks. they are currently looking to recruit a team leader to join their team.
responsibilities:
assisting management in the daily running of thr retail outlet.
making hand crafted specialty coffees and teas
serving a variety of food and light snacks
ensuring the section is kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times.
maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
follow the law in respect of food hygiene and health and safety.
the ideal candidate will possess:
previous hospitality and barista experience is preferred; however we are happy to consider candidate who have an interest and willingness to learn
passion for crafting great coffee
provide outstanding customer service.
flexible, positive and adaptable team player.
ability to listen and follow instructions.
