we are looking for ambitious and successful candidates who wish to advance their career in the property industry and join one of west midland's leading letting agents. you will be responsible for listing and letting properties around the coventry area and to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

the role will include the following duties: (this list is not exhaustive)

managing a busy daily workload across our letting portfolio .
liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.

ensuring properties are compliant with current legislation.
updating landlords and tenants .
providing the highest level of customer service.
undertaking accompanied viewings with tenants.
must be able to make between 60 – 100 outbound calls per day.

experienced essential - minimum 2 years in similar letting environment.

requirements: - computer skills. must be adept in the use of ms office, particularly excel and word, internet and email. well presented and good communicator. full, clean driving licence.

salary: negotiable depending on experience
