we proide vital support services to the property service industry through cloud-based software backed up by a team of property administration wizards and we're looking for a new team member to come and join us here at the forefront of facilities management.
we are a fast paced and energetic business which provides vital customer service and administration support to over 10,000 properties across the uk.
due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an operations assistant, reporting directly to the operations director, to help support our increasing client base and growth plans.
key activities
• negation with third party contractors
• production of training materials
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• solving customer system issues
• documenting processes and procedures
• attending product meetings
• review and amending processes to ensure that we are delivering best in class
• elogbooks product champion
• review system statics and identifying trends
• assisting with customer mobilisation as and when required
• attending customer meetings as an operation representative both pre and post sales
• creation of knowledgebase guides
• setting up internal infrastructure for new customers
• ad hoc project work
• production of reports
• first line support for internal systems
• liaising with internal departments
• manage, plan and implement operational changes and improvements
• providing support to senior leadership team
• other duties as required by the needs of the business
