pay-rate: $25.00 ph

length: temp-to-hire

summary: manages and supervises a landscape team of 5-6 employees and performs semi-skilled landscape and grounds maintenance work utilizing light duty landscaping equipment to maintain the grounds of property, including but not limited to:

mow and trim grassy areas. 

mulching, aerating, weeding, watering, trimming/edging around flower beds and walkways. 

pruning, planting, removing bushes, seeding grass, grading or repairing grounds as needed. 

gathers litter from property and maintain clean grounds daily. 

plans work schedule and ensures completion of work orders for turf management, lawn maintenance and outdoor projects as needed. 

prefer 3 years of landscaping experience or similar trade/outdoor experience. 

must have valid nc license and be able to pass background screens.
