fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most accredited and award winning restaurant's in the area of surrey! you would be working with some of the most well known and respected chefs in the industry looking to take the step to the next level of fine dining. opening in 2008 it earned its 3 aa rosettes in just its first 3 month it is looking for a passionate sous chef to join their incredible team!
your duties and responsibilities will include:
working in and running all sections of the kitchenproactive attitude on serviceassisting with all aspects of kitchen management including record keeping, stock taking, food orders and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety and food quality are delivered at all timesfull engagement and involvement with kitchen teamwillingness to learn, develop and progress!in order to be considered, applicants must:
